Define "RS." If you mean playing as though there are no other players, then yes. If you mean everything about RS, including friends and SeeD, then no.

wait can i change my answer to maybe? cause when i dont play runescape for like 24hrs, i get excited when i get on 4 some reason

well the free world is getting boring for me and when i sign up for members so much to explore and so much to do.i vote kinda.

After exploring most of the free world with only a mall friends online to play the game with, Runescape quickly got boring for me so I decided to upgrade to membership and gathered a few more friends to play the game and since then I've never had a boring time in runescape. Even training has beocme a joy, not that much a joy since it is heinously tedious, but a joy nontheless.
