no i mean how do u get it..not from another player. Like u get halloween masks u get on halloweeen by kiling monsters or random drops.

All holiday items are available for one day only. They appeared randomly... sometimes JAGeX staff would choose the spawn locations manually and drop at times of their choosing, sometimes they would automate it. Here's a list thingummywhat...

Halloween 2001: Pumpkins are edible and heal 14 in one bite.
Christmas 2001: Christmas Crackers are used on another player. One gets a random item (anything from burntmeat to an R2H), the other gets a random party hat (red, white, blue, green, magenta/ pink, and yellow are the only ones possible. All are of equal rarity, but now some are rarer than others due to people not wanting certain colors).
Easter 2002: Easter Eggs are edible and heal 14 in one bite.
Halloween 2002: Halloween Masks are either red, green, or blue.
Christmas 2002: Santa Hats add... 3 magic, I think. That's to the "Magic" stat under "Equipment," not your actual Magic skill. (Added in the same way a wizard hat or saph ammy would add)
Easter 2003: Bunny Ears are nontradable and nonsellable. If dropped, or lost by death, they return to you when you appear in Lumbridge. All future holiday items will be treated this way.

Nobody knows what will be dropped in the future.

In case anyone cares... I have a Green Halloween Mask and a Santa Hat, and neither one is for sale. I also have Bunny Ears, which can't be sold, and I want a Green Party Hat but will probably never have the money.

Yep, it's impossible to get party hats except by a trade, though I heard a rumor of a store in Varrock... bluetongue.gif

Also, please watch the language.

The store in varrock used to have red phats in the inventory screen, but they don't spawn (much like diamonds dont spawn in a gem shop).
Its been taken out now.
