Significant Updates:

- New template!

- Installed some new portal-like features. When you enter the forums you can easily view recent threads, recent blog entries, watched content, and recent status updates.

- New member group: "New Member". A member will remain in that group until he or she has a post count of at least 10, when there will be an automatic promotion to "Member". Everyone who was in the "Member" group is now considered a "New Member", but assuming they already have at least 10 posts, all they need to do to be promoted is to post something outside the Insanity Board.

- Status updates! Especially if you'd like friends to join you in a game, this can be a worthwhile feature to use.

- Private messages are now treated as conversations.

- More messenger fields are available in profiles.

- Searching should be easier.

- Blog and gallery links are now automatically available in the topic view.

- Blogs, galleries, the calendar, and the shoutbox all got some minor improvements.

- The post editor was improved, and the emoticon controls are now part of it. Just keep in mind that I haven't finished working on it.


About the Arcade:

Unfortunately the Arcade feature was broken by the update. It is possible that the whole arcade system will return later, but for now there is no realistic way to implement it. Luckily the games still work, and I plan to make them available again very soon (though without rankings).
