Hello everyone,

It sure has been a very long time since I was on here last. Quite an interesting story for this return I guess. Those who were here years ago when I was very active will know that my children were very young, but they seem to get bigger, older, and now they seem to be getting smarter than I ever was or will be. So a couple of my son's friends were over at the house last night and one of them happened to mention Runescape, and of course the memories returned after I quickly silenced them to make sure they don't corrupt my son's mind, haha!

Well I thought I'd pop back in and say hello. Who knows if I will remain active, but life has certainly been calm the past few years. It's good to see some familiar names around here, hopefully at least a couple people will remember me. I see my screen name post still sits pinned in this forum from 2003... wow.

Anyways, let's hear how everyone else is doing and see who remembers!!

What has been going on? Well, the same stuff day in and day out, but I love it! If I remember correctly, around the same time I began to stray away from this community coincided with my departure from the law enforcement world. So since leaving here, I've finally moved on from my childish desires and I am actually utilizing my degree in finance lol. I always wanted to drive cop cars and arrest the bad guys, but dang does that ever get old after a while and I'm glad I moved on. Doing it in Miami didn't help any I guess. According to my kids, daddy is doing a much more boring job now... but I don't think so.

Oh, and my kids will not be playing Runescape if I have anything to do with it haha. They tend to do what they want anyway, so I can at least promise they won't be paying for the membership (unless they steal my credit cards), but they aren't THAT smart yet.

Hey man, keep making your own reasons to wake up each morning. It worked for me when things weren't going well.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. I guess activity has dropped off over the past couple years. I dusted off the old Runescape account today, is it still worth playing? It was so addicting before and I'm afraid I could get hooked again. I forgot that I gave away all of my stuff when I decided to stop playing... I saw that those party hats are now worth 200+ million, so it's funny to think that at the time of me quitting I had almost every color, I believe all except yellow. Only had to pay in the single digits (millions) for them. Would be nice to still have those! lol

I recovered my RS account recently too but it is really boaring after you have experienced the high end MMORPGs like world of warcraft.
I remember when I had 2 Halloween masks and a easter egg, haha, sucks I didnt hold on to those.

Dunno if RS is any good anymore. I kinda stopped playing for lack of anyone else playing, and for lack of money for membership. And without the latter I can't really do anything since my bank is full and I can't deposit items. Last I looked, Jagex seemed to be moving back in the right direction with it, but I haven't logged in in a long {expletive antidisestablishmentarianized by Cspace}-time and haven't seriously played for years, so... dunno. But there're a few here who still play.
