What Does SeeD Have Now That Is Related To This?

SeeD currently has the job of being an Event Supervisor. Here is the job description:

Event Supervisor- Event supervisors lead events which Cspace cannot attend.

All Event Supervisors in the clan haven't been able to actually do their job at SeeD Events. Also, anyone can be an Event Supervisor since it's a SeeD job that has no requirement. So if Event Supervisors were able to do their job, there would probably be several Event Supervisors at a SeeD event that would try to take over while the host is gone or because the host didn't show up.

SeeD also has the jobs Head Event Coordinator and Co-Event Coordinator. Of course, only one person can be the Head Event Coordinators and only one person can be the Co-Event Coordinator. Here is the job description of the Co-Event Coordinator (SeeD has no job description for the Head Event Coordinator):

Co-Event Coordinator- Would basically help the Head Event Coordinator with scheduling events (or schedule his/her own).

I believe the Head Event Coordinator is supposed to schedule big events, and the Co-Event Coordinator would help him schedule/organize them. Also, the Head Event Coordinator is in charge of all things events. I'm not sure since I couldn't find a job description. That's one of the reasons why I've decided to post this idea.

Neither Head Event Coordinator nor Co-Event Coordinator has been able to actually do their jobs (like Event Supervisors as I mentioned before). All of this brings me to my idea of new system for this.

New Event Coordinators System

Event Coordinators

I think that instead of having Event Supervisors, we should have Event Coordinators (coordinators because Head Event Coordinator and Co-Event Coordinator). Event Coordinator would be a job that just anyone can have. Event Coordinators would also have more in their job description than Event Supervisors. Here is the job description:

Event Coordinator- Supervises any SeeD event that they attend except SeeD meetings. If an event gets out of control, an Event Coordinator would have to take over and settle the event down or cancel the event. Event Coordinators can also give SeeDs permission to hold minor events. That will be explained more to newly made Event Coordinators. Event Coordinators are SeeDs that you can go to if you need help with an event you wish to hold. They can help them organize give them suggestions for their event, or anything else in relation. This is not a regular job. You can only become an Event Coordinator if you are chosen to be one by the Head Event Coordinator.

The Head Event Coordinator would first send a private message to a SeeD asking if they want to be an Event Coordinator. If that SeeD replies saying that they would like to be an Event Coordinator, then the Head Event Coordinator would send him/her another private message with a detailed explanation of what they can do and have to do.

Co-Event Coordinator

I've made a new job description for the Co-Event Coordinator that goes along with this new system. Here it is:

Co-Event Coordinator- Supervises any SeeD event that they attend except SeeD meetings, just like the Event Coordinators. The Co-Event Coordinator can give permission to SeeDs to have minor and moderate events. You can always go to the Co-Event Coordinator if you need help with an event. The Co-Event Coordniator can also keep an eye out for SeeDs who would be good Event Coordinators. He/She also helps the Head Event Coordinator with anything related to his/her job. Is in charge of an Event Coordinators Event if the Head Event Coordinator is unable to attend it. This is not a regular job. You can only become the Co-Event Coordinator if there is no current Co-Event Coordinator and you are chosen to have the job by the Head Event Coordinator or Cspace.

Head Event Coordinator

Since there isn't a job description for the Head Event Coordinator I've made one myself. I had to make one anyway to go along with this new system. Here it is:

Head Event Coordinator- The Head Event Coordinator is in charge of all things events. Supervises any SeeD event that they attend except SeeD meetings. The Head Event Coordinator can give permission to SeeDs to have any type of event (minor, moderate, and advanced). The Head Event Coordinator is a very good person to go to if you need any kind of help with events because they are one of the most highly skilled people in SeeD in holding events and organizing them. The Head Event Coordinator is the eprson who chooses SeeDs to be Event Coordinators. If the Co-Event Coordinator suggests a SeeD to be an Event Coordinator, the Head Event Coordinator then looks into that SeeD to see if they have the potential to be an Event Coordinator. This is not a regular job. The only way to become the Head Event Coordinator is if you are the current Co-Event Coordinator. and the current Head Event Coordinator resigns from his/her position. You will then be promoted to Head Event Coordinator and then have to choose an Event Coordinator to be the new Event Coordinator.

The Head Event Cooridnator chooses SeeDs to be Event Coordinators based on these qualities:

-experience in hosting events
-organizational skills
-creativity in development of events
-advertising skills (for events, of course)
-respect

There would only be a couple Event Coordinators made if this system is made. The current Head Event Coordinator and Co-Event Coordinator would remain in their positions though.

There would also be a pinned post in the Event/Contest Forum explaining this whole system and contain all of the job descriptions.

Event Coordinators' Events

All of the Event Coordinators (including the Head Event Coordinator and Co-Event Coordinator, of course) would hold occasional Runescape events. The Head Event Coordinator would be in charge of each event (the host), and the Co-Event Coordinator would be the co-host. The Event Coordinators would help them develop each event, too.

Each Event Coordinators' Event would be an advanced event and have many sorts of activities in it. These activities include drop parties, games, contests, and anything else that the Event Coordinators can come up with. The events will all be very creative and always have at least one new activity every time (some activities will have to be taken out though so that there is time for everything). Also, there will always be a drop party at every event (they're liked the most).

Each event will probably be around an hour and a half long (maybe be shorter sometimes, may be longer). As for the scheduling of the events, they'll be scheduled by the Head Event Coordinator around all other SeeD events (meaning they will only be scheduled on open days when there are no other SeeD events occurring). Once an Event Coordinators' Event has been scheduled, it will not be re-scheduled unless another SeeD wants to schedule an event on that day.

Conclusion

I did not find any other idea in relation to this one in the SeeD Forums. This idea just came to my mind when I noticed how Events Supervisers, the Co-Event Coordinator, and the Head Event Coordinator are unable to do their job (and that the Head Event Coordinator and the Co-Event Coordinator don't have job descriptions). I hope the Cspace and other SeeDs take this idea into consideration.
