DS, do you know how much programing goes into a 'simple' RPG like runescape? More time and effort needed that most of us here have. . I'd settle with text and forum RPG's any day rarther than complain about the lack of harder to program RPG's.

No kidding. I, myself am going to get some books on programming (heh, when I get paid that is...) but other than that, you need a lot more time than a normal person. My Shedule today, with bolded free time.

Well, this is about as Off-Topic as you can get, but... Do you have a TI Calculator? If so, work with one of those to get the BASICS(pun intended) down. Then go from there. I've made some pretty cool games on my TI-89. Start with simple applications, then work on Text-based RPGs, then work on action games with simple graphics. Otherwise, I recommend Libery Basic and Visual Basic to start with. Then go to work on the good stuff(What I'm doing right now...) get books on visual C(actually, one of the latest +s), or plain ol' C, and do those. IT's great fun, and the sense of accomplishment is very rewarding(and it'll be even more fun when I can start making games ). OR work on Java(I decided not to, but I'm kinda wishing I had. *looks at RuneScape*).

Lol, I knew that would come up She is one of my friends who ended up n 3/5 of my classes this semester. We hang out after school because the guys and girls of our group of friends have.. err... somewhat split, and we hate to be stuck on sides.

please guys don't remind me of school I am still on vacation hahahaha come to Canada we get till the middle of September in the country parts.
