I get my law runes for free from killing dark wizards instead of paying 1k. And if I need some quick and buy some, I only buy them for 100gp.

Lv25 give more rarer runes (about 10% of them give me law)

Right, the thing is, if you raly go into that bank and TRY to teligrab that stuff, you get the mesage "You sense you are to far away" on everything down there. is it just me or does that make it a lot harder?
