Who likes/is good at skiing? I just entered in a regional competition for skiing with a team from another school. We haven't got the results back as the races were stopped and we didn't go to the prizegiving, but I was 12th overall in the boys.

Yeah, there were about 5 guys with that skin-tight racing stuff and real nice skis, etc. who I never would've beaten.

I can't tell which side that is from that angle, but I think it's the side I'm not usually on - Ruapehu (that mountain) has fields on both sides and our season passes count for both

That's so pretty! OMG! Though, I would be So feaked out if I went down that mountain.

There isn't a lift up the pinnacles at the back (that's what they're actually called), but you can walk up, which I haven't done coz I'd die of exhaustion a quarter way up. There's also another T-Bar down the valley behind the one you can see, and that's where the races were. Fun, fun, fun!
