I, neo farrel/xx farrel xx, do solemnly swear not to scam, take advantage of, hack, insult, or do any sort of action within SeeD or Runescape that would be going against our goal of peace.


I also solemnly swear to report anyone who does any of the above actions to SeeD, or Runescape immediately. i will warn anyone around of the persons actions and he will be put on a wanted list, if not SeeD's wanted list, then i will write it down myself, make my own, for future refferences.

RuneScape is no differant from real life, and is a community of real people who deserve respect!

I am a five star General with in my clan so here is the treaty of Runescape
WE WILL NOT FIGHT U IN THE WILD ONLY IF U FIGHT US WE WILL START A WAR AND I HAVE 50 people in my clan i have 3 generals that right down any enemys that attack us.
