I for one think it should be changed. After SeeD started using it, every clan from here to Yanille started using it(I think it's 'cause SeeD is so cool). Heck, our first meeting was crashed by a group of Druidz wannabes! I really think we should look in to a good location this time, one far away from the "beaten path" so to speak. Some place where only an exploring newbie would travel.

Well, we already changed to the Jolly Boar Inn, and I think we're sticking with it. ![]() |
Why do you think that? Obviously, more clans are using that as their hq, and this was proven by our first meeting. Plus all the other events we've had, encountered many noobs invading our drop parties. We changed from Falador to JBI a looooong time ago. And that was for like 1 meeting that wasnt even held there. So I'm pretty sure we'll change it once new meetings start up again.

I have a bunch of ideas that could possibly improve Seed meetings. I just haven't gotten the time to post them though.
I'll tell you a couple now though.
-We could first meet around the Adventurers' fires to make announcements and ask Cspace (or whoever is in charge) clan-related questions.
-Once announcements are done, everyone can move out into groups all over the swamp. This way will have a lot more room, and we'll barely have anyone bothering us. The only people that do head down to the swamp is players completing the ghost quest and high level miners (there is coal, mithril, and adamantite rocks down there). In these groups SeeDs can meet each, introduce new Seeds to others, talk about anything, complete trades set up in the market forum, etc..
-After a while whoever is in charge will call everyone back over to the fire and make any more announcements if needed. Then they'll explain what everyone will be doing during this meeting (an event). This will let everyone have a bunch of fun and something new to do in Runescape.
-Once the events is over, everyone will once again meet at the Adventurers' fire to make any last minute announcements and ask a few questions before everyone leaves or splits ups with others to work on skills, quests, pking, etc..
Meeting at the Adventurers' fire wouldn't really be altering the SeeD Hq again. It's just a good place to meet. It's a recognizable area near the swamp, and is near a couple good skill training areas (high level mining rocks, Wizard's Tower, fishing spots, and many trees for woodcutting and firemaking.
I'll see what else I can come up with.
