This Has Gone Too Far! LAST WARNING ABOUT CONFLICTS

- A SeeD was disliked by a few members, and was worried about a certain aspect of SeeD which is a real concern (not saying what, but it is something that we have dealt with as a result and have improved from). The SeeD Chat became a warzone and he was flamed by many SeeDs, and then everyone claimed that he was "anti-SeeD" because he flamed them back. Who wouldn't flame them back? He was then attacked in the wilderness by a few SeeDs who were not informed of what actually happened, but instead of what SeeDs told them. This is an example of how small rumors could grow to turn a loyal SeeD into clan enemy #1.
- A certain member was thought to be a hacker when he first joined SeeD, and when a few started talking about it the rumor quickly spread throughout the clan. Everyone believed that he was actually a hacker and hated him for it, though there was no proof (actually it was proved that he did not hack anyone or anything). He left, though I urged him to come back and he did. Now he is well-liked, but it is still obvious how a rumor almost ruined someone's reputation among our community.
- Various members (who will remain anonymous) have needlessly been flaming SeeDs in the chat and via instant messages. This harassment has no purpose and has not only resulted in some members leaving, but in them being viewed negatively by everyone else. No one wins, and the clan is hurt. Some leave, the clan's unity is disturbed, the flamers receive a bad reputation, and factions form. Nothing is gained from this.
These are only a few situations which have happened recently, and many others have existed as well. I am tired of this, where is the SeeD that I'm used to?
A year ago everyone helped one another, we had very strong clan unity and overcame various inter-clan conflicts (now existing in a state where these conflicts aren't a major threat anymore), everyone was proud to be a SeeD and enjoyed attending a variety of parties and events, such situations as the "Great Steel Crisis" were our only conflicts within the clan (and they were not targeting members, but needs of the clan), and everyone felt like a SeeD; There were no negative factions or grudges held against one another. Why must we submit ourselves to such turbulence when we have finally risen to become the largest clan in Runescape, when we are finally capable of achieving those farfetched goals of our past such as making a difference in Runescape and eliminating countless rulebreakers. SeeD can be extraordinary and find its place in the ongoing history of the game, but this cannot happen if everyone keeps fighting.
Many believe that I will not ban anyone, though this is not the case anymore...
From now on, if anyone perpetuates conflicts with malicious or negative intent directed toward other SeeDs, he/she will be banned. The period of banishment may or may not be temporary; if you don't try to hurt other SeeDs though, you have nothing to worry about.
I am sorry that this is necessary, but this has gone too far and I have warned everyone too many times. For the sake of SeeD, please consider others when making comments or starting situations which could harm them.

"No, but he cursed me off!"
Things like that lead to horrible arguements which leave me disgusted and many trying to stop it. Please, look at my SeeD Unity topic here. I'd really appreciate it.
Please guys, just pull yourselves together, take a deep breath, and try to resolve these things, not start em'.

Note: Thanks Cspace, this really could put the clan back to what it used to be (before i was here, i heard it was great from Base). I hope it will.

Guys, I can't solve every single thing that gets thrown at me. Just so you know, I do try my best to get some solved. But sometimes it's almost impossible to get rivalries sorted out, and some get so large, I can't possibly do anything for you/him/her; it gets really stressful at times. You have to sort these out for yourselves, for I won't be there every minute of the day; I to have a life.
If you need personal help, you can always talk to me, Smods, Generals, and Elite Generals, or whoever makes you feel comfortable. Getting advice from others makes you feel a little better; Well, At least it works for me

Also, I see so many people leaving these days, old members and new mostly because of conflicts. I try my absolute best to make you reconsider, but when three people quit at one time, I can't do anything. There seems to be a trend... When someone leaves, that person's friend leaves, and then 'that' person's friend leaves, and so on. I know it's everyone's decision, but please pm your leaving, and don't post it on the forums... Talk to your friends on aim, etc, and tell them you are leaving yourself. I can't stand anyone leaving... And I also hate to see new and old SeeDs walking away hurt mentally from a fight.
Don't criticize anyone for a mistake... If they've made a mistake, correct them gently and show them where they went wrong. If you can't do that, then blame the lies on you, or no one.
All I can say is, let's come together and be unified, and don't let conflicts both any of us. Of course that's easier said than done... But we can do it.

Soon enough, what a moderator said , didn't matter. Then it became Smods. Then Generals, eventually.
I've noticed everybody is instantly willing to turn against others when an oppurtunity arrises. Litle factions are created and ggroups band together. I, Myself, am not no in one, and find myself switching friends everyday, except for the few close friends I have. People instantly fight over the most trivial things, and aks for salvation, then suddenly, they attack you and you are the one in trouble.
Well, My word is going to start meaning a lot more than "Stop it, that's 1."
PS: Almost been a year for me!

Good on you for putting your foot down, Cspace. If your plan for us to become the true peacekeepers of Runescape is ever going to get off the ground, we need the full support and energy of SeeD. We could do some amazing things if we focused our talents and skills...

Start out by asking both people their story. Then I make a composite from what they both tell me. Then I find some way to neutralize the problems and nobody gets in trouble. Then different people keep it going, so I tell them to stop it. If they don't listen, I warn them (Verbally). Then, I start threatening with punishments and possible suggestions of more... influencial punishments from CSpace. If nobody of a higher rank is on, I take control and personally go all out to stop conflicts.

Think about the consequences before acting in a reckless or dangerous manner.
~Tri...I hope it helped.
