It's HTML, so it'll work anywhere. It's just that HTML is blocked in certain aspects of the forum for everyone's security.
To use a marquee somewhere else though, remember to place the <MARQUEE> tag between the following (with the text between the marquee tags):
<HTML>
<BODY>
<MARQUEE>
</MARQUEE>
</BODY>
</HTML>
I configured mine some with more specific properties, the code for my marquee is as follows (what is between the marquee tags):
<marquee style="color: #00FF00" width="370" height="19">Now you can add HTML to your signature! If you want some HTML code generated for you (if you don't know how to write it, and you want it in your signature) feel free to send me your request! I'd be glad to write the code for you</marquee>
