How do i post an image i have saved to a paint program. Say i have a comic i want to post. i tried the url thing but it obviously is not on a website. HELP ME!

Unfortunately, it needs to be on a website. Otherwise, whoever is viewing the topic will not have the image, and their browser will get mad.
I personally use www.boomspeed.com to host my images. 1 MB of space is plenty for most uses. Another common one - and I'm not sure if I have the address right - is www.floraldream.com (something like that). There are others... in one of the boards, Chatting Zone I think, there is a pinned topic with a list of hosts.
Anyway, go to the host's site and follow the instructions to upload your picture. Then, just give the address of your picture once it's uploaded!
Note that almost all sites that do not specifically advertise themselves as image hosts (I.E. Tripod, Angelfire, Geocities...) will block images if the viewer isn't actually on their site... so don't use them for hosting unless the image is intended to be viewed from a site you're also hosting there.
