I have completed FF8 gotten every GF and basically every secret there is to find. But I have this problem. A good friend of mine found a way to escape the time compression world, I have tried everything but I just can't figure out how he did it. Does any1 know how or is it just a glitch?

Well, you can't escape the time compression world, but you can escape Ultimecia's castle (which you probably already know, since you have all the secrets)

that's kinda wot I meant, how u can escape ultimecia's castle, but it kinda sux coz u can't go into cities right?

Before the entrance to her castle, you walk on that long chain with portals on next to it. Just face one of the portals and press (x). And, no, you can't go into any of the cities.
