It's a good idea to keep them, they come in handy when picking certain locks (they will tell you if a lockpick is needed).

sorry ash, too late, but you can make another bid. the running price right now is 4.5k for the total price. and the rune plate is gone. i have made some prices a little bit lower. alot are actually pretty low compaired to others i've seen.
