Nicely put Hyper.
Though I don't know all the people schedules, how about we try to set one date, then if say more than 20 people can come on that day, we have a party that day. Then maybe we can try to have another for some of the people that missed that day?

| Argh, I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it on Saturday or not, it depends on a number of things. Just wondering, which days would everyone like the most (even after the holidays if necessary)? |
just not on the 30th...i am getting my wisdom teeth pulled
i think the 29th (the monday following Christmas) should have few, if any, conflicts. just pick a time that will be with you Cspace (just not before noon

I don't really mind what day (obviously not christmas or news years eve, probably not boxing day), but I would really really really like it if you didn't schedule events before about 3pm if possible. I can wake up at 6 AM sometimes, but it really makes it hard for me to make events. For instance I'll probably be able to do it for Saturday simply because it would be a real problem to change the time now. If people can avoid setting events in the early afternoon whenever possible, I'd be grateful...

Ok, the date will not be tomorrow. I'm sorry about this confusion, but I'll try to schedule it a little after Christmas because before will be very difficult for me (and some others of who I talked to) to attend.
Again, I'm sorry about this, the last two years we provided a date a couple weeks before the event. Now my schedule is even crazier and this event is reflecting that.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
