Yes we need sub fourms, it would suck without them, we need the ability to talk with our garden, organise meetings and such. There has to be sub fourms!!!!
From what i see of this nw system, it really sucks now gardens have no originality and those who are commandetrs have much less power to help their garden improve. but hey thats just my opinion.

I agree that we need subforums for each garden.
But i think this 3 main gardens thingie is ok...its like an army.
We have company level and platoon level and section level.
I seem to see the 3 main gardens are 3 companies and
the separate gardens in the companies are the platoons.
And in which we have a direct hierachy, where we will serve under
the commander of the garden who will in turn answer to the headmaster and so on.
But until now we havent receive adequet information from Cspace or anyone
about how these main gardens work. I hope it will be fine.
It looks ok so far.
