What I Dont Like Bout The New Garden...

When people say "Headmaster" I see the "head" and it makes me think they put my name in the post, Hehe, makes me read it twice...

lol yeah that may get confusing for you but i agree with u i dont like the new garden system very much either it just seems weird for me i would rather have it the way the old garden system was but cspace needed to remove some of the very inactive gardens there.

I think that adding headmasters to the system is probably for the best, once the bugs are sorted out.

All we did was add a new rank and divide the Gardens into three sections. This allows for increased activity while not deleting any Gardens, as well as dividing the leadership up even more to improve our efficiency. I'm not sure about what was harmed by this update, I personally would expect the Emblems to be more confusing. Please post specifically what you don't like about the new system and we will see what we can do. grnwink.gif

Actually, i agree that the emblems thingie can get out of hand.

These are some changes that i think should be done.

1. Emblems can only be added by a SeeD General or above or #2
2. Emblems must be approved before it can be added. So this will prevent
further complications in the forum and prevent conflicts.
3. Stopping scrams should not be part of the emblems thingie, because i find
it too easy to score emblems. or maybe 5 scram stoppings for one emblem.
4. Must devise some other ways for emblem addition. Like other contribution
to the clan etc. I suggest every month members of each garden will be allocated
a job by the Headmasters/Commanders and emblems are awarded to those who
fulfil their jobs. But this might allow favourism to occur in the clan. But we can remedy this by having on paper a set of goals that are achievable by all SeeDs (not only the strong pking ones) for example 'raising cooking to level 50' or 'organise certain campaigns to promote SeeD in rs.' all for only 1 emblem each time an objective is fulfilled.

Ok that is all i think can improve the emblem thingie.
I think there are really many things to consider before this emblem thingie can
work.
