Weekly polls will be on the running and systems of the garden.

Do you think your SeeD jobs should be jobs within this garden? Yes or no? bluetongue.gif

Add comments please.
Here are some prompts to get you started;
  • How do you want this to work?
  • A garden banker? or give produce directly to people that need it?
  • Do you think this should be based on your specialist group or your "jobs"?
  • If it is based on specialist groups do you also think your rank shows how much you give and receive? For example a mining master would mine more ore, but would also gain more gp and armor from the clan, than a mining expert.
  • Do you think that Psykhosonik (SP???) 's idea of job leaders within the garden would be good once we have more active members?
<Edit: Positions will not be official SeeD positions, just within the garden>
<Edit2: Don't just vote! Reply!>

it would be a good idea to base your job by your specialist group or whatever you request to do but you must prove that you are elligible to do that job and yeah i think that psykcho's idea is a pretty good idea once we get this garden having more active members.

Im behind my own idea bluetongue.gif

I was suggesting a jobs rank not really as a leadership position but more as
an incentive to the higher levels in the garden. With a title like Galbadian Chef..
we will know at once who is the highest ranking chef in Galbadia..and this will allow the individual to assume the role of trainer and advisor to lower level cooks.

I think high levels in jobs shouldnt be rewarded even more money as they should be already rich from working. Money should be distributed to the lower levels not as charity but as an aid to allow them to train faster and become more useful to the garden.

Higher levels give out material wealth to lower levels and receive respect and
recognition in return.(not to mention friendship which will aid in the gardens development)

I think a bankers job is a good idea, but we need someone who is truthworthy and
good with math. Also as money is a sensitive issue, we must plan carefully how we should make use of the money.

I still think a 'gardens council' is a good idea, this must on no account be based completely on RS levels. ALthough we need a sufficient amount of rs experience to be in the council. The council will meet for discussions to create rules and activities for the garden.

I think that is all i have to say.

thanks for reading heh.

Till swords part.

I think having people just mining ore to give to the garden, etc.. is pure stupidness. We don't wanna get high mining then, if we're just gunna have to give it to other people in our garden. I think everyone should work for themselves, and if they do need something, they can ask, and maybe someone will get it for them, but just always getting people stuff, I don't think that's a good idea.

Just my two cents.

Yes i agree working just to give money to the others is insane.

But donations to the garden to be distributed among the poor i think that is a good idea.

I think we can have jobs like role based rather then game-based.

Ive got some suggestions.

1. Armourer : Keeps and hoard weapons and armour for use in times of war.
2. Chief Instructor: Arranges mock battles in garden to prepare in case of war..and train new members in pk methods.
3. Advisor: Advises headmaster on matters of importance.
4. Drapper: Supplies garden with food. (keeps military rations too)
5. Events Organisor: person who keeps the garden together by hosting social
events
6. Garden Champion: The best fighter in Galbadia.

that is all/

Lol, its not like "you must give us 1000 coal per day" type of thing.
Ppl would make armor for pking trips and wars etc, the miners mine for the smiths. If you give, you get, type of thing.
Im sure everyone can spare like 20 mith bars, if 20 ppl did this thats 400 mith bars already. Which is enough for 40 sets of full mith for when it is needed.

Myself, I'm not for the banking system, that was just a generation of ideas.
I think it would be much easier just at sometime we all help each other out. The miners mine for the smiths (for a price), and then the smiths and the miners get xp.
Its much easier to train when you have a task or a goal. If we all go fishnig at the same time, it is less boring.

The jobs wont have any real impact until theres a clan war (which probably wont happen). But then the fishers and miners and smithers and cooks, work together. That way everyone gets armor, and food for the fight, and so on.

psykcho has some good ideas there but it could use some improving but we should still take it into consideration.

I think that this would be a great idea and that way you would be leveling up and helping you own garden.

I agree with PsyKchosonik. We should focus our efforts on making lower leveled characters strong. They will be valuable to us in the future.

We ought to rearrange our 'minigardens' to fit people into different job catagories. We could have a combat garden, a mining garden, an fishing garden, ect... Then put the strongest combat, miner, fisher, ect. at the head of the garden.

I'm not leaning in any particular direction with the banking idea. I'm fine with it as long as it adhears to FDIC regulations. bluetongue.gif

The only problem is that if everyone is relying on one person, we will have another crisis on our hands. Items and the means to produce such items should be distributed evenly throughout Galbadia. This will ensure that we have enough supplies to meet the demand.
