It has come to my attention that some participants in this lottery are now considered enemies of SeeD. Because this is contest is not SeeD-only, I will allow them to retain their tickets, and prizes if they win, unless they fail to pay for the tickets.

Come on! Last chance to purchase tickets is at the end of 2003, PST (-8:00 GMT)!

Also... there can be infinite winners! Just because there are a ton of tickets sold already, that doesn't mean you have a lower chance to win. It just means that they have a better chance of winning more than once.
