You have a good point, this fast reply is useful.

I seem to remember hearing that if you stand behind the cannon and shoot at stuff, it's like an obstacle the monster can't get around. At RSC when they were first released, some people were killing KBDs this way.
I've talked to a few people who said they aren't all they're cracked up to be, I don't have any plans to buy one.
