I'm not sure if this counts, because it was A) Someone encouraging rulebreaking rather than actually scamming people, and B) it was on RSC, not RuneScape. Anyway...

I came across a topic called Me7356's Guide To Tricking Scammers! and thought it would be a good thing to read. The problem is, it encouraged scamming the scammers. While it's good to teach them a lesson, it's not good to scam - even if youre scamming a scammer. I posted in the topic with my note, and then PMed The Hanzz (RSC Moderator, the only one online at the time). He told me he would close it, and let Koppen (Forum Leader for the Guides Forum on RSC) choose what to do with it from there (delete, etc).

In case the topic gets deleted before this is read, I used the "Download This Topic" thing and am attaching the downloaded copy (afterwards, I will move this from GD to the Emblem Claim thingy...).

So... does this count for an emblem?
