As for a present, just sell me that silver for 50gp less for each. Also, I belive West Virginia nad some northwestern state (I wanna say Wyoming) are the only states that do not use the GDL system. The GDL (Graduated Drivers License) program allows for you to get your permit at 16, junior drivers license at 16 and a half, and your drivers license at 17 and a half (18 if you get in an accident before you turn 17 and a half). I live in Pennsylvania, so I'm gonna get my permit over the weekend. Come to think of it, I'm only a 45 minute drive from West Virginia.

I got the funniest birthday card ever. It features a guy strattling a role of toilet paper. The toilet paper has wheels on it, and they guy has a scarf and goggles on. On the inside it says, "Got you a TP Cruiser for your birthday." ROFL

Happy B-day Alpha. Here in MD (maryland) it is confusing-ish. you can get a learners at 15 and 9 months, then a provisional at 16 and 1 month. then a full lisense at 17 and 4 months. you have to have 40 hours driving in between the first two. if you get a ticket or get in an accident, you go back a step. to get the learner's, you must pass a test with at least 18/20. if you fail (17 or lower) you can take the test the next day. if you fail again, its a week in between. if you fail a third time, its a month. very dumb, because no 15 year old should be on the road, but its not my choice. stupid california (we took the driving thingy from them sad.gif)

EDIT: i gave my mom a funnier card last year for her b-day. it said "hey mom, guess what" on the front, and on the inside, it said "IM PREGNANT...o wait, im a guy. happr birthday!" it was so great of a card. bluetongue.gif
