I'm actually just going to start it all over (delete the pinned threads in this forum and make new ones). There's many new SeeDs here and some people that signed up for it might not want to participate naymore (or are not even here for that matter). As for the General choosing, I'm still working on something for that so that it's fair and isn't decided by combat level and isn't a popularity contest.

The organizing will take quite a while and we still need to put teams together. Just give me some time and I'll see if I can get new posts up there. Remember that I'm adding war jobs to this all and some of the organization will be based on the Galbadian Legion (so that we get the right practice).

I'm guessing that once everything has been organized and teams and their Generals have been chosen, the mock war will be held around late February or early March (just a prediction).

sounds intrigueing. who is gonna volunteer to help the newer people to rs on how to fight in a war? we need someone to teach them, particularly those who signed up for the low level army. I have a few ideas I'll post in yeah man's forums about that, but we still need somone to lead the newer players and stuff. I would, but I'm not that experienced in either pking, or war. just running away grnwink.gif

Hey, i jus heard about this mock war, and it sounds like a great idea. But i have 2 great ideas. If you kill someone, and get their items, how can you be sure u wont get killed with their items? We should have a pool of items that some people hold on to. Also, for easier communication, we should have chats for each team. I know this may begin contreaverrsies over spies, and thats why we'd have pwords. If a spy gets hold that, all is fair in love and war. I would also like to know times and teams.

This is definately not going to be merely a 3 day event. This mock war would be stretched out over several months. Many people would want to participate, and a few days would not allow them to. Also, wars are usually quite a bit longer than 3 days... Whatever_anim.gif

Argh, I need to get this going again. I'm moving this to the top of my 'Event Agenda'. SeeD has been a little...off?...lately, so this is sure to get some excitement going and give everyone something to think about and do around here. TheSmile.gif

It'll take me a little while to get it all organized though. I'll try to make it as fair and fun as possible. bigcheek.gif

Question: How will this tie in with the Galbadian Legion?
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

The two main jobs of Legionaries and Sentinels. Genesis members won't get any power in this mock war, though. Also, all of SeeD's war-related jobs should be used too. This is because this is a practice for SeeD too, so we need to try to make it as realistic as possible, hehe.
