This is my newly proposed idea. Every week, on saturday afternoon, we hold custom training camps. They can range from whatever skills everyone wants to train, and either the most popular, or top 3 popular would break up into groups and go to train that skill together. We could also have leaders (IE. Arg for cooking, base for mining etc...) and they could give tips and advice on where to train that skill. Other people who don't really want to train that skill could come with us and hang out to just talk, because it would be a large, welcome atmosphere.

Also, if alot of people come, it would be great for recruiting since everyone would come to see what we were doing, and when they see how much fun we have, they'll want to join!!!

And afterwards would always be a good time for people to then hold events, and people who didn't know about them could tag along and go to that event, so it would promote our events between ourselves too.

It wouldn't be as boring as training by yourself either, since if there was a good turnout, there would be heaps of people to talk to, and if say, mining was getting boring, you and your friends could go and train a different skill.

I might organize doing these once every week if I get good feedback (10 people who would come).

I think thats a great idea, and I'll be sure to take part fairly often. I don't know how productive it'll be, but should be good fun.

Thank you oh head event coordinator of Galbadia!

Tomorrow I might go and try to get people interested in this, I think it could really work out well. Small groups of us seem to do this anyway, this'd just be better and at a specified time.

I think a few people might have got the wrong idea about it. It isn't so much to teach people how to use a skill (although we can probably share tips on a skill), it's more a chance to hang out together and get some levels at the same time.
