ill be mining and smithing leader - though im only lvl 30 smith and 39 mine (dont see how this would make a difference)
and also im only lvl 30 combat so to go in any dangerous mines i would have to be acompanied

Like Lprince said, we could just have everything going on at the same time, especially if there one or two people on control of each thing. Everyone can just switch around the activities. There's way too many positions though. There'll be no one to actually attend the event since there's so many positions that need to be filled. A suggestion for this is to have SeeDs in charge and let it be open to anyone in Runescape. You also need back-ups for the positions because not everyone will show (happens every time, it's not their fault though).

You're going to have to make sure you give an explanation for each positions (what they're duties are) and everything that we'll be doing.

I like the idea of running it over 2 days! (even though unless it's a friday-sat thing I could only make one day)

It may need to be simplified more even so... You could always ask people which of those activities they wanted to do during the party, and have a vote.

well i have an idea!
you could have like 2 activitys that are like definatly going to happen,
and then like another 3 slots which are voted for in a poll (top 3 win)
then we could all go to 1 of the first 2 activitys then have a meeting, then we all go to one of the other 3 activitys then we meet back and have one huge party!(like in a big hall or something)

I highly doubt there will even be enough people at the party to fill in the spots, let alone do it. We may have 1000+ members but about 20-30 or less are active. Which is why I think Cspace should put major events on the homepage.
