I remember a long time ago, my friend showed me this article about some kid.
He was angry and posted tons of offensive pics, like (excuse me for my language
) gay porn etc.
Well the mods were furious and got a hold of his IP, which led to a University.
Then, he was brought to a judge or something, and they were going to show his parents the pictures and what he did and give him like community service and stuff, letting your parents know you did that and showing them the pictures is bad enough
. Well i guess he deserves it 
.

I'm pretty sure it was him from all that was said. And nobody can see them now, they've been trashed. But I assure you, you'd feel sick too if you saw them.

I know it's almost positively him. Since I cannot use AIM conversations as backing I will not go further than saying this... But he threatened to go on a flamefest upon returning, and this was a while back (closer to when the temporary suspension was applied). I warned him specifically not to do it or he would be banned. I don't remember seeing him on AIM since then.
I am not able to ban over just a threat like that on AIM, and I expected him to probably cool down by the end of the suspension anyway. So I let it go, but then it happened. So I took the same action I told him would be taken if he did it.
Two threads are in the Deletion Archive for mods to view, and many more posts were deleted altogether because of various reasons. Both of the threads in the Deletion Archive had the image removed though, for it is definitely not appropriate for our younger members, including mods.
There are enough witnesses that I think it is obvious enough anyway.

Anyway, unless there is anything to back it up we cannot assume that anyone's offences were done by a hacker, otherwise that can get anyone out of anything. With everything leading up to it, the contact I had with him, and the fact that this happened so soon after the suspension was removed (and were his first and only posts following that), there is very little doubt in my mind that it was him.

Regardless of who it was, the account was rightfully suspended. Also, I don't think Alex intends to return, so either way, he won't be comming back. I just hope it wasn't him, but a certain thread in the DA makes me think otherwise.
