Want a free drop shadow item? All you have to do is take a screenshot and submit it to this thread by May 1st to enter into our screenshot contest. Win the contest, get the drop shadow.

Depending on the number of submissions the date may change (but it will not be before May 1st). We need enough submissions for this to be worthwhile after all, and I don't worry about not getting them, but we may as well have our bases covered.

Hey, all it takes is a simple keystroke in most games. Valid screenshots can be taken in any MMORPG or similar variant (including WoW, GW, EQII, RS, MS, etc.). It must also be unique (don't steal shots from other sites), and must not have been submitted to our site before, even by you. They must also be real (not Photoshopped). You can submit up to two screenshots for this, but please keep them in one reply (you SHOULD edit the reply if necessary, the submissions will not be finalized until the day the voting starts).

Voting will be conducted in at least one poll, and which ever screenshot members think is the best is what they'll vote for. Use creativity to your advantage! A screenshot of a dragon the size of a 747 may be cool, but it won't necessarily do much for you if there is no substance to the screen.

All clean submissions for the contest will be added to our gallery regardless of the outcome.

... And again, submitted screenshots should be from a MMORPG.

Nope, since not everyone can do that and the text could add to a screenshot's uniqueness at their disadvantage. This contest is intended to revolve around the screenshots themselves, not as much about what could be done with them.
