what im only useing halo0127 because i took it from her she didnt tell me halo0127's password only the forum password but i guessed it was the same and was rite.
im leveling up plaugd atm because its only lvl 5

Oh great! That counts as hacking in the RuneScape world. Logging on to an account that doesn't belong to you is against the rules. Get it straight. Just because she didn't tell you the password doesn't make it right. You're still breaking a rule.

Gotcha. Then I suppose I should just let countless scams, account trades, autoers, website advertisers, and stalkers break rules in the game too? If I let one person get off, what means I shouldn't let anyone else off? A rule is being broken here, and I don't see why anyone doesn't count this as a problem.

United Freedom Fighters observe Jagex rules for Runescape.
We do not share accounts. We do not trade accounts. Those UFFs who do this put themselves on probation by their own actions. It sets a bad example for UFFs to break Jagex rules and it is not the model of clanning we follow.
The sharing of passwords creates many problems, like family disputes, breaking up of friendship, character hacking and dispute issues with Jagex about whose character it is. What a mess.
Passing on a character to another does the same, as it remains possbile for the original owner to reclaim.
If a character was ever a Runescape member, this can involve legal issues regarding credit card security.
Hacking SeeD Forum is also against UFF values.

I must consider that not all Runescape members are adults with credit cards. Therefore, it would be necessary for a parent to have the same password access as his child. Therefore, some family sharing of passwords must therefore be understood as not against the intent of Jagex rules.

Gaining passwords by parents to pay for membership is one thing. That's not a problem. To have a parent ACCESS the account is another.
A family member is accessing the account in this situation, therefore it violates the rule. Thanks for backing me up, Dok.
