The election is really close now. Who will you vote for?

If your un-informed, here are their positions...

John McCain~ No gay marriage, no abortion, but war is cool. His policy on the economy is the same as his *tough question* policy: Ignore it and maybe it will go away.

Barak Obama~ Same sex marriage, yes. Abortion, yes (unless its the Born-Alive Act). War? He`ll give `em a stern talking too. The economy: He`ll inspire us with his *change* to spend more money.

Cynthia McKenney~ SAVE THE DOLPHINS! STOP C02 ADMISSION! REMOVE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT!!

Bob Barr~ He's a Libertarian so... No gun control, small government, low taxes, and de-criminalizing drugs.

Ralph Nader~ He ran in the last six elections. Whats one more?
Supa pahti! Fantastic spahkaru! Let's gooh nambah waan!

I don't know what a libertarian is, but I'm for everything in that sentence. I'll look both him and libertarian up.

>Ralph Nader~ He ran in the last six elections. Whats one more?

Dunno much about the guy.

Oh btw. I don't say all republicans are like that, just the majority of them.

As Bill Maher said last night (paraphrasing), "It seems the only way we can get a Democrat elected in this country is when a Republican screws up really badly. It makes the dumb people think, 'Oh shi- maybe I should actually think about the state of things right now and who's better to fix them than who I'd rather have a beer with.'"

{expletive ninja'd by Cspace} it. I'm voting for McCain.
I've actually lost like.. three friends because of this. But if Obama gets it, it will absolutely tear my house apart. We own two businesses, and fall right at the 250,000 mark for taxes. Around these parts, and including costs of running these businesses utilities and employees, this is just enough to keep us at "Have some pocket cash". Our family is files under a different property, and we actually qualify for food stamps.

If Obama wins, apparently we owe more back to people because we "Make more". This is not the case, because we don't necessarily "Make more", but we'll owe more of this money that we "Don't have".

This election makes me sick talking about it. My life has such a potential to "Change" on November 4th, and in a very very bad way. I'm sick of that {expletive ninja'd by Cspace}ing word, too.

Also, around here, Obama is getting votes simply because he's black. People in my area are so ignorant to so much of the debate, they don't know if they want to vote for McCain because he has a woman VP, or Obama because they'll "Have a hand in choosing the first black president."

I'd much rather just not even leave my house election day. In fact, that's exactly what I'm going to do.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

This is 75% of the reason that I believe Obama is incompetent.

He's pledged that in the 250k bracket taxes won't go up any more than they were under Clinton. It's the 2m+ crowd he's gonna hit hard.

Just keep my reasoning in mind. When it's all said and done, I'll let you know what happens, depending on the situation.
