QUOTE (Dragonman @ Feb 19 2009, 11:01 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Running every day is very effective, it's just very hard to make yourself stay consistent with.
Just start off running like 15min a day, then bump it up to 20min, then maybe keep the same time and increase your pace (intensity). The weight will go bye-bye, especially during summer runs haha, and you won't have to worry about keeping your health up. It's a pretty healthy thing, running..

Not sure if this is feasible for you, but walk to school. I live a good 2-3 miles from my first class, and I've walked that distance every time. I'm also trying to get into better shape for spring break and all. Our apartment complex comes with a free mini gym, so I try and work out 3 times a week. I'm getting results, too, but I know I could be doing a lot better. Good luck to you!

Thats cool man, just remember to eat healthy and minimize things like breads and soda. It really does go a long way!

First of all, its POP! Don't get me started... Second, I am having some health issues and I can't eat too much meat, so bread seems to be taking up a greater portion of my diet. I'm thinking about switching to a fishier diet, but for now, I just need to eat breads with a good glycemic index (the speed at which the energy from the bread gets into your system; slow = good).

Last time I knew, Pop was a genre of music, no one around here calls soda "pop"

You're all wrong.

It's all Coke. All variations.
Unless it's Pepsi.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

Thats what I say lol.
If someone says pop I tell them to go back to New York.
(I think coke is a southern thing and pop is a northern thing)

Except Dew of the "Mtn" variety. {expletive ninja'd by Cspace} that.
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

Pop isn't a northern thing. That's soda. Soda's north and pacific coast.

Pop is midwest.
