Pop... I hate that word. I cringe when my parents say it. Though I cringe at most of the Hoosier words they say. Hoosier words are basically the {expletive run over by Cspace} children of the South and the Midwest.

Actually, he's right. Real Californians don't call it "Cali."

...I hereby request forgiveness for the brief period during which I used that term, btw.
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

/me pops in

Texans call it coke. No matter what the hell it is, it's referred to as coke.
You can have: Coke, CokeBeer, OrangeCoke, Dr. Coke, or CokePiss(Sprite).

I haven't read much of the thread honestly, but someone seemed butthurt a while ago about not being able to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time; it's easily possible if you know what you're doing. I went from basically sitting on my couch every day to maxing out on squatting at 400 and benching 300 in just a year when I joined football.

Then again, the average person wanting to drop a couple of pounds isn't comparable much to doing Texas football workouts, but meh.

Anyways, good luck on it Bes, I should probably work out again honestly, went from a 230 lb O-lineman to 265 lb Potato Chip Guard. = /

What do you train on in benching, Bespetna? Got a training program that I can take a look at?
