Texans call it coke. No matter what the hell it is, it's referred to as coke.
You can have: Coke, CokeBeer, OrangeCoke, Dr. Coke, or CokePiss(Sprite).
I haven't read much of the thread honestly, but someone seemed butthurt a while ago about not being able to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time; it's easily possible if you know what you're doing. I went from basically sitting on my couch every day to maxing out on squatting at 400 and benching 300 in just a year when I joined football.
Then again, the average person wanting to drop a couple of pounds isn't comparable much to doing Texas football workouts, but meh.
Anyways, good luck on it Bes, I should probably work out again honestly, went from a 230 lb O-lineman to 265 lb Potato Chip Guard. = /

Lol. Potato chip gaurd. I sm working on getting my left are as strong as my right arm so I can start benching better.
