So like yeah. It feels like it's been a while since I've been around. Maybe like a week or so, but I miss people. I been moving and we have no internet where I am (wired, at least), so I'm stealing wireless internet from our neighbors on my roommates laptop.
Some pretty heavy stuff has gone down in the past few days.
I quit GameStop due to them firing our manager of six years and replacing her with some {expletive Chuck Norris'd by Cspace} from out of town. I may have toldthis story, but it always bears repeating.
On Thursday I decided to go and visit my old friends at the store, and 15 minutes until closing a guy comes in with a paisley bandana and a big red hat and a 9mm and robs the place at gunpoint. I'm in the back of the store, and he doesn't see me, so I jump under a magazine rack and call 911. That's some of the most intense {expletive hax0rd by Cspace} I've ever seen. I would have been okay had he been pointing the gun at me, but I was watching this sumbish point a loaded gun at my friends faces.
So they make a phone call to our whore DM and our manager (Who was with our whore DM at the time) and tell them we were robbed at gunpoint. The only questions they ask is "How much did he take?" NEVERMIND THE FACT EVERYONE IS ALIVE.
Needless to say, ALL of the employees quit after that night. That store will be closed down soon, I foresee.
--
Yesterday I took a four hour drive to Lafayette Louisiana where the girls are sweet, the food is good, and As I Lay Dying, God Forbid, Lamb of God and Children of Bodom were playing. I shook Alexi Laihos hand and lol'd a bit with Janne Wirman and drove home at 3 AM with my ears still ringing. Best. Mosh pit. EVER. Thats all I can say about that.
Internet should be up in my new house soon, and I'll respond to this when I can.
Don't burn down the internet without me. Y'all keep smilin', now.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

Thanks guyz.
Tomorrow I'm going back to GameStop to cancel all the reserved games I have (200+ dollars worth. omfg) and then I predict I'll be forcefully thrown out of the store for verbal abuse towards the manager and DM. By basically telling the DM to her face that she should fall on a knife/step in front of a train.
And yeh. I was roughly 30 feet away hidden behind two game shelves and a magazine rack, so I was sufficiently hidden. I was aware though, that had he seen me, I would have been hit for CRIT damage = to my HP + the speed of the projectile weapon.
I think I'm suffering a mild case of PTSD. I can't go outside at night without taking my gun with me, and I sleep with a knife under my pillow now. I always think I see the guy everywhere I go. It's not fun.
Ah well. Whatcha gonna do?
