The Chess tournament is going to take place so reply here if you want to join in. I will pick out of a hat to figure out who plays who. Then the winners of each game will play until we find a winner.

I'll give it a day or two and then I will make the chart. Then you will need to play your games pretty quickly so we can find the Chess Master

Rules:
- You must play the person you are assigned to play

- You are not allowed to undo a turn

- Play when you have time to finish. If you quit, your opponent wins.

- If a draw is encountered, you must play another game until there is a winner

- After the game is played, the winner MUST email the "move history" to themselves, then forward it to me.

- Deadline: January 3rd, 2005

Red = Current round being played
Blue = Winner of the game

Round 1:
Game 1: Baseballl vs. ~~Natenater~~
Game 2: Mrb1 vs. ~~Crown~~
Game 3: ~~Unknownentity~~ vs. ~~Phorgot~~

Round 2:
Game 1: Baseballl vs. ~~Mrb1~~

Finals:
Baseballl vs. DQ of Game 3

I don't mean to critizize your organization, but I think you should do this tournament a different way. The way you have it the winner of game three gets second place no matter what. I think you should make a point system. Like 2 points for the winner and 1 point fo the loser. And if there is a tiie the two people that are tied should play each other until there is a winner. The person with the most points win. Thats just a suggestion. Your the leader you do it the way you want. I will participate no matter what.

The deadline was met and I had won each game I played, so I'm the winner. I didn't really want to win my own tournament, but it happened.

Thanks to those who played, the next tournament for chess will be announced at a later date.
