I was just looking in a topic about an event, and saw that people were, once again, getting confused with timezones.

This isn't exactly my idea, they have it on the Dark Slayers forums. But it's still a good idea

What it is, is a clock that's set to "SeeD Time', which could be the same as GMT, or any other timezone. But we just call it SeeD time

So you say: "The event will be at 2pm SeeD Time", then the members can look at the 'SeeD Clock' (which is positioned at the top or bottom of the forums) then they can figure out what time it will be easily.

Even though most of you will get it, I'll explain.
You can look at the 'SeeD Clock', then look at your own clock to calculate the time difference. Then add or subtract that time difference to/from the SeeD time of the event. Easy.

Hmm... Yeah, I've seen it other places, tends to work quite well. For continuity and ease of use, it'd probably have to be set to EST time, that still seems to be what the majority of SeeDs use. There's probably a forum mod out there for it somewhere.
