I'm sure it would be possible, although it would be recommended that you post the request in Inter-Clan Relations or SeeD Inn as opposed to a Garden forum.
By the way, the Chief Diplomat is currently Bballmastr1 (Baseballl), and he is pretty much in charge of alliances in RS along with the faction leader (who is Master of Stuff).
No worries though, it's a bit to get used to.

Just so you know, we don't have a rule against multi-clanning, so if you wish to stay the door is open to you.

And seems to me all the UFF movement is to destroy all clans and make sure theres only all level communitys.

Uncle Shadow, that is not what I said. UFF is a movement. It is the choice of others whether they will agree with our values to ally with us or not.
If others have high reqs to make private socially elite little snuffy clubs for themselves, they simply show they are not one of us.
The UFF Movement does oppose the backward system of elitism based upon levels. Such level-based elitism results in the casting of disrespect toward others.
In response to this disrespect that gets shown, UFF holds a mirror up to the face of these so-called elitists to show how really queer such a disrespectful club really is.
Other so-called elite clans create a game bigotry against others. It is repulsive.
No, I don't expect to win a popularity contest for holding this opinion, although this opinion is getting quite popular with quite a number.
My point is here that those who think having high-reqs makes you cool doesn't necessarily win a popularity contest either for having such a high opinion for oneself or for their cliqué.
We are United Freedom Fighters. We cast out overlords.

If your clan is so leet why do you have a group of level 50s who need to leech off someone elses forums and bs each other in the wild yet clans with requirements are having fun and getting somewhere in the clan world?
And no, your opinion isnt popular.
Edit:
I *really* dont think youve even bothered to do your homework and look at other clans histories/backgrounds, no clan thinks that they're cool and elite, some clans boast about their strengths which in all right they should do as its true they are strong and are powerful.
Take time to actually look how other clans handle themselves and members its not about how cool you are cos of a level ;\.
Thats why you annoy me so much you're to ignorant to accept the clans with requirements get somewhere and then your little community (you cant even call it a clan) isnt.
EDIT:
Something else you might wanna take into consideration, your basing this thing on clans with requirements feeling "elite" yet the only clans ive seen doing this are level 60 clans etc, clans that when UFF shown up, also shown up and claimed theyre the most powerful clan in rs, when tbh cant even attack the most powerful.
No decent respectable clan acts that way, only seems to be the crappy freeweb clans.

If a clan without requirements attracts nothing but beggars, "n00bs", and scammers... Then may I be the first to say (in the same exaggerated and generalized light) that a warring clan attracts nothing but stuck up half-witted and number-obsessed elitist players.
Whoa, lol, give me a second while I write my own leave post, if your argument is correct I want nothing to do with clans altogether.

I think anyone who happens to merely have a higher combat level who thinks that he or she has a moral high ground over others is a bit misguided. At the same time, I think anyone who polarizes clans to the extent that many are doing in the general RS community today are just enforcing clans to all be the same. Whoop-de-doo, Soandso's clan has a different name, different ranks, and a different site! What ever happened to the desire to actually do something unique?
Ah, I know, because of the same thing through which UFF went and due to what its members are being subjected to now. Members who think all clans must emulate the "top [warring] clans" in order to even be considered clans or be worthy of any respect (or at least a little civility

Lol, requirements, no requirements... I really don't care that much. SeeD doesn't have requirements, warring clans often do have requirements. A warring clan doesn't appeal to me, as with many others in SeeD and elsewhere. I really don't care what they do or don't do, if their members enjoy it then I'm glad for them.

However, the constant trolling of a few members on the forum given to those from UFF only hints that someone is feeling threatened by UFF. That's the only logical reason for it unless it is a superiority complex, which I doubt.
Anyway, lighten up, will you? I don't see what they're doing to you, and unless you do feel threatened I don't see the point in trolling their forum.
