As I was looking through the posts i saw my clan leader dokimos0rg and saw that heis ranked as lvl 2 seed rank now that is mean because he leads the UFF better then anyother clan leader can. He should is just as good as Cspace. Dokimos0rg should have a rank a close to Cspace as possible. He is ranked as nothing he is just a member but he is more then that he should be a moderator or even co-adminstrator with cspace. Because seed would have 600 less people they have now if dokimos0rg did not join wth him!
This dissapoints me UFF Clan

At this point in time SeeD doesn't really need any more moderators, and we certainly don't need anymore Admins. These things are done when the necessity arises, not just because a person is deserving of it.
Considering the time he has been here, a SeeD Rank of 2 is actually fairly high. As for whether he should be on equal rank with Cspace, Cspace doesn't have a SeeD Rank. If you take a look, he has 'N/A' for his.
Anyway, with the amount of effort that it takes to keep a clan like UFF going, I'd be very surprised if he cared about getting a position in SeeD.

Ermm, yeah, all 600 or so UFF members didn't even join SeeD, and most of those that did didn't even really stay active. Now we have a number of them, but not that much, and I don't think I've even really seen them post outside of the UFF forum much either.
Besides, it took me over two years to even become a mod, and then a month or so till I was a smod. Some people have been here even longer than me and still hold member status. It doesn't make sense that he would be a mod already, let alone an admin. And we already have way too many mods, and more than enough admins. And yes, you'd probably say that it doesn't matter for Dokimos since he isn't just a normal person, since he was the leader of UFF. Well, he is in fact a normal person. He may have been the admin of UFF, but he isn't the admin of SeeD.

i am a member of uff and stay active and im am with spikeout make him a mod
and for it being to early he has made a clan of 600+ppl more then most mods here
basically all u have to do is post like everyotherdayfo 2 years no develop clan of 600 ppl!!

Here, you start at the bottom, so to speak. Though "Rank" has no effect what-so ever...So I think you should take some nyquil, and catch some Z's...Yes? No need to make something huge out of something that doesn't matter... <.< If he wants to look "big" then let him settle his own problems...He doesn't need lap dogs, I'm sure.

While I have no doubt that you've gotten to know and respect Dokimos0rg, you have to realise that here he's not as well known. In the same way that it's Dokimos0rg rather than Cspace who leads UFF, Cspace is the webmaster of CurvedSpace/SeeD both for the forums and the site itself, that's why he's an admin. That doesn't have anything to do with the clan, although in some ways the better analogue might be comparing Dokimos0rg and UFF to a faction leader and their faction, such as Tanny and the Defenders of Aderon.
Positions on the forums are independent of clan matters, one will not necessarily lead to the other. There are a large number of Smods with no official capacity within any faction, and there have been a number of cases of people having clan positions without forum positions usually associated with them.
