This is the official thread for the Esthar Garden Mining Group. I don't know if you guys saw it, but there was a rather large thread in the RuneScape forum about starting a new mining group. I left it up for many weeks and there was quite a bit of interest. And I am confident that if I ask people to join, they will.

The last thread was just to get a general idea of who would be interested in starting a mining group. It seemed like there were quite a few people that were interested. But now, this is the official thread.

I've been talking with cspace for a while about this, and last night I was talking with him about how we could get this mining group started. I suggested that we have our own sub-forum in the Easthar garden forum; he then informed me that having our own sub-forum might make the group inactive and it might clutter-up the board. So we decided not to do that. For now, all we have is a thread.

This group is an attempt to try and restructure our mining program. Over the years, there have been several attempts at setting up mining groups (most recently led by miner damian) but none of which ever became very active or succesful. This group is an attempt to change that. I plan on finding people from the older groups (which are now dead) and having them come and join the Esthar Garden Mining Group.

Basically, this group will be the official mining program of SeeD. (At this point, we have no organized mining program). We can have large drop parties where we drop coal or various other ores and also supply ores for the smithers to make armor or weapons. Pretty much, if anyone ever needs large amounts of ore, they can call on us. (When we have drop parties, we will post a topic in the events forum.)

Although the Esthar Garden mining group is technically part of the Esthar Garden, anyone can join if they want. If you would like to officialy join, please post here and I will add your name to the list bellow. I will also post some ranks to go with those names.

If you know anyone in the clan who is a miner, please direct him towards this thread and maybe he can join. We really need all the members that we can get so that this attempt at making an official mining group does not fail or become dead like all of the previous ones.
