It is great for a clan to be open for all, which we of UFF approve. However, the new Wacky Ownage Clan also says about itself...
United Freedom Fighters do not believe that any clan owns the wilderness to dictate to all others that they may not freely PK in the wilderness. This is what the wilderness is for and UFF makes no restrictions on others as such.
Therefore, unless the Wacky Ownage clan chooses to drop its Anti-PK stance, it is not recognized as a UFF Clan.
Although we have no ill feelings toward our friend, Chaz P K, he is nonetheless, at this time not recognized as a UFF until and unless matters regarding this new clan allegience for him are resolved.
I wouldn't want to see him and his new clans become new PK targets for UFF but I cannot protect him from what he himself decides and chooses.
As for PKing in the wilderness, PK whomever you like. But as SeeD members and UFF Movement members, of course, we have the values not to PK each other.

You cannot trust anyone as innocent if they go to the wildy. Don't let anyone tell you that you may not freely PK "innocent players" in the wilderness.
Who are other clans such as Wilderness Guardians and other Anti-PK clans to judge who is innocent and who is guilty? Do they know the intent of all players in the wilderness? Just because a player does not strike first does not mean he is innocent.
Just because a player strikes first it does not, for that reason, just make him guilty. It takes a bit more than just mere discernment in such matters. It is the judgment of others by power hungry players. Resist these players who seek to be overlords to the Wilderness. It does not belong to them.
Be free and be yourselves.
