Webcam Prices?

I am looking to buy a webcam, I have around $20.00 USD to spend. I realize I probably will not find the best camera in the world, but I really would love to get one. It would be nice to find one that works as both a portable digital camera and web camera but that is not required. It would need to be compatible with, at least, Windows XP. I have Windows 2000, but it would not need to be compatible with it.

I bought a cheapish Lexmark webcamera for 20 + tax. That's as probably as low as it goes.

Also, laptop or noes?

Desktop. I have a laptop, but I doubt I'll hook it to that.

I'm guessing that they'll be around $20-$30 at the cheapest, unfortunately. It'd make it a lot easier to see what you can afford when you have a bit more money icon_sweatdrop.gif .


(FYI, I think mine was around £19.99, so in $ it would be a bit out of your range)

The general feeling is around $20.00, I have around $20.00. ShiftyEyes_anim.gif

Um.. my Camera that was web cam functions was 100+ USD so that's no help
