7, 8, and 9 were awesome.

10 is still fun to play every once in a while. I just wish it wasn't so LONG in the beginning! x-x

I'm also a nut about Tactics Advanced. I have a little legion of adventurers that liberate the countryside.

It would be nice if 7 was remade...and I'm unfortunate enough to not own 8 or 9. Nuts.

The only thing I really disliked about the later models was that the turn-based system wasn't entirely turn based...it was also real-time. It didn't give me enough time, some times, to decide what I was going to do. It took away a lot of the tactics. FF10 remade the turn-based system, and for that, I was grateful.

9 without a doubt. I couldn't get over how ridiculously difficult Ozma was. I'm still proud to say I beat him once out of like 40 tries. The special bosses in all the other games just don't compare.

10 would be next because of its originality and massiveness and for the best minigame in a game ever (blitzball).

Followed by 7, 6, then I dunno. Maybe 12.

I couldn't get into 8. Too much mush for me.

V, I love job systems, I'm a sucker for things like Tactics/Advanced.

VI is my fave but closely followed by the tactics series... hmm 9 is probably the other one. I liked VII and not so keen on VIII

VII, easily. Also like X, X-2, IX. VIII blows. The first three are okay, but nothing particularly special. Tactics Advance is decent. I'm only partway through XII, but so far it's been okay.

Feed the plushie!
(Rayquaza plushie? WTF? It doesn't look anything like the other plushies!)

Through our bleeding we are one.

FF9 definately. The story is great and its an overall great game. Followed by 7, 10 then 8. I liked some of the earlier games, but not as much as the later ones.

Ugh...I can't seem to remember...is 9 the one with Squall, or is it the one when you're a "sky pirate" of sorts?

I believe you may be talking about IV where you're basically a Knight who steals stuff with an air armada called the Red Wings.

...does the first part of the game involve you and your buddies swindling some queen of her riches by playing it off like you are "entertainers?"

If so...that's the one I'm thinking about instead of 9.

Simply put, 6.

Intricately put, VI.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.
