Cheap usually means you limited yourself to a few power/quick moves or hide from the action. I could PK Thunder/Burst pretty darn badly if I wanted to, but Lucas has so many moves I choose not to limit.

i rented Brawl this weekend, and can now officialy say i dont like it. it took my brothers and i 8 hours to unlock all the characters. Brawl is basically Metal Slug with nintendo characters and all the lame super-moves of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja.

it is safe to say i will NOT be trading Melee for the overpriced, all-hype, Brawl.

Pssh. There's nothing "cheap" about powering up a B-attack, then hitting an up+B while they're in the air, and while they land, hit them with the forward smash A attack.

That's something that oldschool gamers would know as a "Combo."

<.< I think that people just need to understand that the characters are stacked, all in each of their own ways. You just have to know how to use them.

Well... I dunno. Sounds fine, but I'd have to play some oldskool fighter games that "classify cheesy gameplay" and see if repetitive combos qualifies as cheesy.

anyone remember those games? I think it was a version of Street Fighter where instead of a victory symbol when you win, you get a slice of cheese instead? Used to be a fad in some fighters that didn't last long. I'd have to research.
