| Perhaps one of the most uncommon of arcane specialties is that of the auranok. Many don't understand the advantage of nodes, seeing that they affect everybody (both friend and enemy) in exactly the same ways. As an auranok, though, you have mastered node conjuring. By being a little creative, you can affect a battle for everybody in such a way that your allies will be able to exploit the situation. Just remember that nodes are inherently easy to destroy, so you may want to augment them with arcane power. |

Here's a list of nodes that have been discovered so far:
- Interference Node - A node that makes it difficult for people to concentrate.
- Clarity Node - A node that makes it easier for people to concentrate.
- Electrostatic Node - A node that causes pain for anyone who gets too close.
- Mind Node - A node that boosts the mental capacity for all who are near.
- Affinity Node - A node that boosts the affinity of all who are near.
- Vitality Node - A node that boosts the health of all who are near.
- Strength Node - A node that boosts the strength of all who are near.
- Truesight Node - A node that boosts the ranged accuracy of all who are near.
- Gravity Node - A node that has a strong gravitational effect.
- Dark Node - A node that absorbs light, darkening the area around it.
- Light Node - A node that acts as a source of light.
- Flashing Node - A node that flashes quickly with a bright light, decreasing accuracy.
- Unstable Node - A node that explodes violently when destroyed.
Here's a list of typical auranok powers that can affect nodes:
- Detonate Node - This can cause a node to explode, which damages anything that is too close.
- Stabilize Node - Nodes are generally easy to destroy. If an auranok focuses, he or she can preserve a node so it can't be destroyed.
- Amplify Node - It's possible for an auranok to boost the power of a node, increasing its usual effect.
