Interfacer's Guide
Spoof Uplink - The most experienced of interfacers can spoof their uplinks, allowing access to enemy systems. Note that if an interfacer is caught doing this, often the system will respond with an alert (or even an attack).
Scramble Uplink - If an interfacer tries to connect to an enemy system and believes that something isn't right, scrambling the uplink's sequence can avoid an alert. This does not work after the interfacer is caught, so look for the signs before it is too late.
GPS Positioning - When there is a need, an interfacer can call for a map of any region.
Communication Network - Using satellites, an interfacer can communicate with other interfacers over a long distance.
Orbital Spectrometer - This will identify locations of interest where chemical and mineral anomalies exist. It is not very effective at night.
Orbital Strike - An interfacer can send commands to artillery satellites, causing them to fire intense ion beams toward the surface at the provided coordinates. Just note that some time is required for a satellite to adjust its orbit. |
