Leaders are needed in any large battle. Whether leading a squadron in space, a force on the ground, or a small group of specialists, a squad leader will know how to win.

Anticipate Movement - From experience, a squad leader can often predict the movement of the enemy.

Target Leaders - As a last resort, a squad leader can identify and instruct allies to attack enemy officers, potentially leaving the enemy confused and discouraged.

Charge - Sometimes to win a battle, you need to shorten the distance between forces.

Focus Fire - A squad leader can instruct allies to focus on a particular threat before dealing with the rest.

Retreat - If a battle cannot be won, a squad leader knows how to quickly move an entire force out of harm's way.
