Squad Leader's Guide
Blockade - Commanding a fleet of ships (at sea, in the air, or in space), a squad leader can order a blockade on an enemy port.
Occupy - A squad leader is capable of organizing an occupation of a city, outpost, or space station.
Anticipate Plan - From experience, a squad leader can often predict an enemy's plan for battle.
Anticipate Response - From experience, a squad leader can often predict an enemy's response to a certain action.
Anticipate Movement - From experience, a squad leader can often predict the movement of the enemy.
Target Leaders - As a last resort, a squad leader can identify and instruct allies to attack enemy officers, potentially leaving the enemy confused and discouraged.
Charge - Sometimes to win a battle, you need to shorten the distance between forces.
Focus Fire - A squad leader can instruct allies to focus on a particular threat before dealing with the rest.
Retreat - If a battle cannot be won, a squad leader knows how to quickly move an entire force out of harm's way.
