One with a strong will and a lot of focus can potentially use his or her mind to affect the minds of others. A powerful telepath can even alter the physical state of things, effectively using certain supernatural powers without the limitations of the Storm.

Telepath's Persuasion - A telepath has an advantage when it comes to persuasion.

Wrack Mind - Using an intense wave of neural energy, a telepath can greatly reduce the will and concentration of an enemy.

Calm Mind - When there is a need, a telepath can easily calm a person's mind.

Telekinesis - A skilled telepath can move objects with his or her mind.

Coerce Action - While a telepath cannot take complete control of someone, he or she can often coerce a specific response during combat.

Strobe - A fast-moving display of lights that will stun most people who view it.

Chaos Wave - A powerful wave of neural energy that causes damage to enemies.

Blur - Causes an enemy's vision to temporarily blur, reducing accuracy.
