The answer to people having pain when the weather changes is not mental, it's scientific. Some people have sensitive joints or have arthritis and when the sudden drop in barometric pressure comes, it makes their joints hurt. Animals (such as your dog or cat) can feel these changes easier, even by slight variations. So if you wonder why your cat or dog starts bugging out (my cat hides instead of goes crazy) then you can know why. It's all easily related to the simple meteorology and scientific knowledge (if you ever paid attention in Science class
). Now, Zoo with his headaches, I am thinking that the change in pressure changes the way his brain sits in his head (such as contract or detract) under different pressure changes (this is just a guess).
Another thing, people in Florida are wussies when it comes to weather. Since it's hot almost all the time (because of the subtropical climate in Florida [oh god here he goes with that stupid crap again]). Then when the winter rolls around, people down here think Mid 50's Low 60's is cold. Now I lived in Michigan for awhile, so I am used to all that junk with the weather. I must be the only person who can wear a t-shirt and shorts to school on a winter day in Florida, and get called a moron for it (when I am not really cold).
