Post any suggestions regarding the means in which you think meetings should be held.

- Meeting leaders?

- Location?

- Time?

- Frequency?

- Content?

- Anything else you can think of?


What I am currently concerned with are the all-encompassing SeeD meetings. Not just Runescape, so the location probably shouldn't be in Runescape (maybe the chat?). For the RS faction meetings I think MoS and OM would be the ones to work something out if they feel that meetings will benefit the faction.

But to reinforce the clan aspects of SeeD, meetings of some sort should probably be held.

Good idea. Chat would be a good place. But a time that would fit for most active people would be really hard to choose. We could do it weekly... We (you) could tell us about when the next updates are coming... What will be in them... I dunno, you think of something!

Normally, while this won't work for everyone... I think about 3:00-4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time is accessible by the majority of our members on weekends. Should be ok for the U.S., Europe should be able to come, and I'm not positive but I think it is somewhat accessible by Australia. I could be wrong though.

The time you suggested is good for me. I think the chat is the best idea. I think we should have 2 meetings a week, in case people miss one (maybe saturday and.... wednesday?).

I would strongly recommend weekends. Usually successful events are on the weekends.

Well, this can go a certain amount of ways. We can make some good use of the rank systems, in saying that we'll go with... Maybe the top 2-3 ranked people who show up, in this order...

• Elite Generals
• Generals
• Community Admins
• G-Mods
• Super Mods (I suppose we can vote)

Past that, we can just vote. (However, I've noticed that Cspace has gotten rid of the general ranks and a few others. Explanation?)

- Location?

SeeD Chat sounds good. For anyone who can't make that, I suppose that messages could be forwarded to a member that IS on the chat via PM who could say it to everyone in the chat.

- Time?

Well, personally, I think Sundays would probably be the best day of the week... Somewhere between 1-4PM EST would likely be the best time to begin.

- Frequency?

Oof, tough one... It could be anywhere between weekly to monthly. Personally, I think 1-2 weeks intervals sound good.

- Content?

Well, there's quite a few issues that one could talk about. To name a few...

• Future events (ones that are already planned or help planning one)
• Mischief-Makers
• Gossip
• Suggestions for the forums or anything else involving SeeD/CurvedSpace

Chat is bad (since I'm permabanned if they work out who I am), Runescape meetings are always fun; cool, random things always happen, and we can organize events and stuff.

Well it all depends on the subject. If were talking about forums, chat is the way to go. But if it is something about runescape...well its kind of obvious.

Atleast once a week...we need to keep up with things going on in SeeD

Anything that isn't vulgar...we could talk about world events, games, ect.

-Other
We need to make sure that the meeting leaders are responsible people. I also think that we should have the same meeting twice, so that people in different parts of the world can attend them. We might not have same meeting leaders or same people attending, but everyone gets a chance to go to the meeting.

Part of me says "higher-ups who attend;" another part of me says "choose a few people to be meeting organizers too."

Definitely on weekends. Times should be accessable to most people, but should also vary a bit -- that way even if you can't make it to a certain meeting, you might be able to come to the next one.

Frequency
About once a month should be fine.

Content
General chatter about SeeD... events (upcoming, and what's happened since the last meeting), etc.

Anything else you can think of
Faction mixers... for free games where we have a faction (RS, MapleStory), invite SeeDs who don't play to come try it out.

(However, I've noticed that Cspace has gotten rid of the general ranks and a few others. Explanation?)

Commanders aren't needed since there aren't sub-gardens anymore; the others were moved to SeeD-RS.

I agree with him on that as others have also said, if a leader comes then that's who's in charge, then you go down the list etc -- sounds pretty fair (unless someone decides to let someone else do it). EG: You don't really feel like it, but you're there, so you get Star or whoever just depends whoever feels like it I guess.

I'd have to say the chatroom as it would be pretty easy for people to access, afterall if you have some kind of java it should work, however I would reccomend sun over microsoft (slow as Sun is it's really the best in my oppinion).

- Time?

I'd say weekends would be best because people seem to be able to make weeks better, and anytime after 1:00 would be good I guess maybe 3:00 (PM EST).

- Frequency?

I'd either say weekly, monthly, or ?yearly? -- lol just kidding about the yearly but weekly or monthly would be good for me. Hey we could even to bi weekly/monthly but whatever is good for the clan, as a whole, I guess.

- Content?

Future updates, Suggestions, Latest SeeD Defenestration, etc.

- Anything else you can think of?

I like how Phieta said about inter-faction meetings that is a good way to do, because afterall SeeD is interfaction now, so we should try to implement that in there but for those who wish to attend just one faction's meeting could just meet in-game I presume....
