I'm sorry that some members do not have a sense of humor and want it to stop entirely, even in a toned down state.

If enough members want it to just end then it won't continue. I thought with summer starting for many, some would have more of a sense of humor and wouldn't be so serious about everything. There were going to be actual events branching from it with rewards, not just roleplaying, but if enough want to just stop it entirely then there is no point to continue.

Lets keep it going, but try to tone it down. Have certain topics or boards where the star wars thing is allowed. If people want it gone then they should just not participate.

How about this....

- Star Wars related topics can periodically appear in the main forums, started by the official Star Wars character accounts. Anything can happen in those threads short of, well, real life arguments and conflicts. As with everywhere I guess, but I have to say it. Since there is a roleplayed conflict though (the Galactic Civil War) it would obviously have an effect on these threads. I will make sure that these actual threads are kept to a minumum, as with the replies of Star Wars characters in other threads.

- In the Insanity Board it will be a free-for-all. Please don't flood it with threads, but anyone can start anything there relating to the GCW.

- Events will periodically come up relating to this. I am planning another kind of reward system similar to the medals in the RS SeeD faction, but relating to the community. The equivalent of medals can be awarded on the board and will remain stuck to the account and visible to everyone as long as the account exists.

Pirates is a seperate event I sterted (check events forum), but it somehow got mixed into it all
